Governance

Mind Sports SA operates under a multi-tier governance framework
designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and institutional continuity

Governance Structure

MSSA operates under a multi-tier governance framework designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and institutional continuity:

  • Council (Highest Authority)
Constitutional authority, elections, ratification of policy, and strategic oversight.
  • Executive Committee
Policy execution, disciplinary authority, and regulatory oversight.
  • Management Board
Day-to-day governance, operational execution, and program delivery.
  • Standing and Ad Hoc Committees
Including National Team, Selection, Discipline, Development, Events, and Liaison committees.
This structure ensures a clear separation between selection, administration, and disciplinary adjudication, consistent with international sport governance standards.
